Shevika B. Mitchell is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The CHOSEN School Ops Collective — a full-service school operations firm dedicated to transforming the operational backbone of schools across the nation.
With deep expertise in school operations, financial management, and organizational design, Shevika has spent her career equipping school leaders with the tools, systems, and strategies they need to run excellent schools. Her work is rooted in the belief that every child deserves an operationally excellent school — and that strong systems are the foundation for educational equity.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Shevika and The CHOSEN team partner with charter schools, school districts, and independent schools nationwide to deliver 360° operational coverage across 20 specialized departments — from budget development and HR compliance to facilities management and leadership coaching.
